By crossing Original Haze with Northern Lights and Skunk #1, they created a strain that retained much of the Haze magic — the uplifting, creative, energetic effects — but flowered in 10-12 weeks instead of 16-18. Silver Haze became an instant success and was the precursor to the even more famous Super Silver Haze (which won Cannabis Cups in 1997, 1998, and 1999).
